Self-Exclusion Program

Silver Mirage Resort & Casino offers a voluntary self-exclusion program for guests who wish to restrict their access to our gaming facilities. This program allows individuals to ban themselves from entering our casino for a specified period or permanently.

How to Self-Exclude:

Visit the Silver Mirage Responsible Gaming Office located near the main casino entrance
Speak with a trained Responsible Gaming Ambassador
Complete and sign the self-exclusion form
Provide a photo for identification purposes

During your self-exclusion period, you will be removed from our marketing lists and denied casino privileges, credit, check-cashing, and players club benefits.

Please note: Self-exclusion is a serious commitment. Once enrolled, it cannot be reversed until the chosen time period has elapsed.
